So the Legacy media companies use public airwaves frequencies....like radio stations do.
However, Radio stations must pay for the frequency they broadcast on but no longer have to remain unbiased. Such was the advent of Rush Limbaugh and others...
So....currently MSM currently enjoys FREE use of their airwaves but is not unbiased at all.
