All those responsible for this illegal alien's release, are in violation of US Code 8 Section 1324, and since a death is now involved, all those violators are eligible by law to receive the death penalty.

It is a federal crime. All sanctuary law is illegal, according to federal law (US Code 8 Section 1324). And it is the easiest law to prosecute, since the violators have provided the clear-cut evidence > their sanctuary law.

Letting this lunatic go, is just another offense against section 1324, but it becomes a death penalty charge due to a person being killed.

I am trying to understand the expectation here.

First, what did ICE want FFC to do?

FFC Sheriff's office says that without a judicial warrant, they could not hold him. The COURT dismissed his case. That sounds like a big problem to me.

But getting back to the statements at hand:
