Would you consider the scheme that Liberals are unconscious agents of the Right Wing they were born in? They intentionally waste tax money to give their openly Right classmates a convincing excuse to cut taxes. They have the same frivolous view of spending money that they had when they were kids.

I'm not so sure. I think both parties want to spend all the money they can so the other party can't. When the dumocraps are in charge of spending they spend it on anything that can benefit the dumocraps. When the GOP is in charge they spend money on things that benefit the GOP. My guess is the discussion about spending vs. tax cuts is all just part of the political theater to dupe the people into believing their favored party cares about them. Neither one really does. The last useful generation was Gen X. As they begin to retire, it's all going downhill rapidly. It's why we pay local councils ever increasing taxes and receive less and less services. I've been self employed for over 20 years and always refused to hire anyone because of employment law (UK).

AOC, Bernie, and many lesser known socialists are just drooling for a wealth tax so they can swoop in and steal 5% of his wealth and redistribute it.



Now, I'm not going to tell you that the super rich don't need to pay more. THEY DO. Raise the freaking tax rates on the wealthy - but do it on earned income, capital gains, and so forth.... the way they have done it for a long time. Raise the rates.

What the left is proposing with these "wealth taxes" is theft. And rest assured, after they get their 5% this time, they will be back for more, soon enough.

The really funny part is that their mindless followers think "redistribution" means it's going to help poor people. That is the same shit that Socialists have been shoveling for hundreds of years. The poor NEVER benefit only THE STATE benefits.

Yeah. If I’ve made a fortune, I do seek to distribute my accrued wealth to my loved ones. Imagine that.

This used to be considered “common sense.” But nowadays, our leftists maintain that it is “generational theft” since it prevents that accumulated wealth from simply being grabbed by the government.

Our leftists always seem to imagine that they are somehow the justified owners of a person’s accrued wealth once the owners die.

Why is that? Why should the wealth accrued by a lifetime of work (which had already been taxed, by the way) somehow be considered everybody else’s right to claim?
