I fully expect the left to use the courts in any way they can to achieve their goals.

They can't win in the public arena so they have to carry out their minority policy program through the courts.

I want a class action suit that stops state SCOTUS's from stopping school prayer.

It prevents immediate relief from state power abuses. You don't want that. You want Trump's dicates to be the law of the land until the issues can "work their way through the system". That means if he does anything unconstitutional he'll get away wait it for a least several months before it can be reversed - possibly long after the damage has been done.

However, the SCOTUS correctly informed us of how things should work.

If we see a weakness....we should work to shore it up.

But letting the courts go beyond their scope is not the answer.
