Hey Boob--- You do realize that the President is the top executive officer of the country in charge of classification of documents? If he says it is classified, it is classified, and if he says it isn't, then it isn't.
But that doesn't apply to national security directors like Bolton, nor does it apply to a senator or VP like Joe Biden. I wonder where it was back when the Clintons were giving the chinese Loral missile secrets?
The only president to ever get hassled for holding classified info is just about the only president in the recent era not deserving of it.
He got the cases taken, back... for his presidential library. The Top Secret and above classified documents removed from these cases of documents were not returned....

If you had any sense you'd realize that not much was done in the way of actual law enforcement the entire time Biden was "president", but it doesn't look like you do.
-The articles linked to his cases of stuff removed and returned, makes no mention of the highly classified documents being returned. And I read several of the articles in my search....and we know, they were removed from his regular documents and stuff that was seized...through reporting at the time.
- You don't put highly classified documents in with presidential library stuff.
-The criminal case on the documents taken by Trump has not been permanently dismissed, just dismissed for now, while he is President.... So the classified top secret and above documents involved in the case against him are likely being held with the case...
I said Top Secret and above classified documents were not returned, not classified documents below top secret designation.
