Yet when asked if he called the Portland Mayor or the Oregon Governor top condemn and stop the 100 days of violence.....Biden stated.....I don't hold office.

So you are the Presidential Candidate of the party of both those people and you need to hold an office, before picking up the phone and calling them to actually do something about it?
