Watch the video again.... The cop was totally stressed with all the people banging and bashing the bullet proof windows.

Before he fired the shot at Ashli when he was pointing his gun at the windows being bashed, he pointed his gun back and forth between the far window, and the door window closet to him.... It was a very quick, back and forth...

Then Ashli made it through the far window and he shot her, through her shoulder....

The closest door window to him, was being violently bashed at the same time he fired on Ashli....

Basically, what I am saying is there is no comparison between shooting Ashli under those conditions and say, Chauvin keeping his knee on Floyd for 9 minutes...

There was nothing INTENTIONAL, pre planned to kill her that took minutes....

It would have been nice if the front shoulder shot stopped her.... But aparently, the bullet continued to go somewhere in her body, that killed her...

It's a tragedy all around. ..and the cop will be sickened the rest of his life over killing another human being as well.... But it WAS NOT MURDER as y'all for POLITICAL purpose, are trying to claim.

Ashli's lawyer will be able to file his full suit for damages in October. The article I read a while back says because it happened at the Capitol, there is a law in place that gives the federal government 6 months to investigate incidents of law suits, before the suit can be heard in court....

I'm pretty certain Ashli's lawyer for her family will get millions like Breyona's family got in their lawsuit...but no cop was charged with murder.

Ashli's family knows the name of the cop btw....he's not being hidden from them.

Not true.
The other side of the window Ashli was crawling through was vacant.
The shooter was in a barricaded off alcove, with just his arm sticking through the barricade, and too far off to Ashli's left for her to be able to see.
Nor did he give any warning or say anything before shooting.
Nor is it legal to shoot unless you actually see an imminent deadly threat.
If this cop is not prosecuted, then it would be legal to shoot all police on sight, since they all could then be a deadly threat.

The only thing I would add is that the cops with rifles and helmets in the stairway were not on their way up.
They were there the whole time, and there are some videos where they can be seen waiting.
So why the 2 cops blocking the door moved to the right, could only have been because they were told all the congress members had cleared the lobby, so there was no longer any need to hold the doors.
And since that was the case, then the cop that shot was committing senseless murder.
In fact, since the cops moved to the right, they were behind Ashli in the shooter's line of fire, and if he has missed Ashli, he could easily have killed one of these cops. So it was a VERY bad shot. Totally unnecessary and very dangerous.
