Obviously we need changes to the immigration laws because diverse groups cannot get along. Severe restrictions need to be placed in the number of immigrants from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. If we need immigrants, we should be getting them from Europe.

The Dayton incident is another example where blacks and whites cannot get along. A suggestion to consider is separate states for blacks and whites. There are plans to make it happen.

It can't be the federal government, since the federal government is banned from any firearm jurisdiction by the bill of rights.

Just the federal government has a budget of 30 billion dollars a year for this plague. This does not include city, local, regional, state and other taxing authorities which raises the money for this disease substantially. It also does not include what is hidden in health care premiums. What is the real terrorism? And by just the commercials on TV, the NRA you hate is a beginner compared to the companies and organizations that promote behaviors to expand this plague even more. So we need laws enacted to stem this. We need to have this plague and people who have favorable sites about this behavior become hate sites and shut them down. Domestic terrorism exists in many ways. This is one of them. And gaia only knows how many people have been exposed to this. The first amendment is involved in this and the taxpayer is on the hook for it. So do the medications and treatments for this compare to types of weapons and ammo as the mental condition of the person or people involved takes a back seat? This disease is scary. At some point something is going to have to be done. Its for our safety and is the sane thing to do and will protect the general population. Just a thought. Not a goal.
