I don't see the "bribe" factor here. She's always been pro-energy, and her husband worked in oil and gas before she ran for office. What did she "do" for this "bribe"? She didn't change her position on the issue. Further, she is in the GOP minority, so she doesn't have any power regardless of her position on the issues.

There is a way to know if he told her about it. Look at the tax returns. If they filed jointly she knew about it.

To say she didn't know is just a bunch of garbage.

He can testify if he wants, the government can't compel or force him to. There is no law that bars a spouse from testifying against their spouse.
