This is a decent streaming audio site. Lots of songs, easy to get started.

If you have a Yahoo! account, you can log in and rate songs as they play. As you rate, the computer figures out what kind of stuff you like, and plays similar stuff, based on everyone else's ratings.

If you can stream at work, it's worth looking into.
