The first thing I would say about the JCPOA is you don't negotiate with Islamic terrorists. You fight them, and you you fight them until they no longer exist. it is like dealing with Nazi Germany, except that they didn't have nukes.

To say that America should negotiate with the IRGC, shows a distinct lack of the identity of the Islamist and Islam, and how different these people are. Christianity & Judaism forbid lying. Islam encourages it ("Taquiyya") as long as the lying works toward the furtherance of the spread of Islam.

The IRGC have a nasty habit of talking to adversaries, and conning them to believe certain things, only to renege on those things almost immediately. Following the meeting between the IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi and Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Cairo, it was announced that an agreement had been reached between Tehran and the nuclear watchdog.
At first glance, this development appeared to offer a glimmer of progress in the long, drawn-out saga over Iran’s nuclear program. Yet, once both sides returned to their respective capitals, the narrative quickly unraveled. Araghchi insisted that no agreement had been struck that would in any way violate legislation passed by the Iranian parliament, which bans IAEA inspectors from accessing nuclear sites deemed “sensitive” by Tehran. In other words, the supposed agreement had already collapsed before the ink was dry.

Behind the diplomatic theater lies a regime that has consistently misled not only the IAEA but also the broader international community about the scope and intent of its nuclear activities. From secret enrichment facilities, to undeclared stockpiles of enriched uranium, Iran’s track record is replete with violations of both its own commitments and international norms.

As a registered Independent, I try not to be offensive to those on the right or the left, but I have to say that the US left has a tendency to be very naive when dealing with Islamists.

What the Trumpsters absolutely refuse to understand is that there are issues & policies on one hand, and the way those issues and policies are addressed on the other hand. Address the issues poorly, and you're simply playing into the hands of your opponents.

When I try to bring that up, they don't appear to understand that Trump's caveman behaviors are counter-productive in the long run. It doesn't mean that I'm against the issue at hand. But I'm done trying to explain something that obvious to them.

Before Trump, I used to go around and around with the lefties over the way they addressed PC and Identity Politics. And for that, they just assumed I was a right winger. It's the same thing: There's what you want to accomplish, and then there's how you want to accomplish it.

That has nothing to do with Federal policies and started during the Biden Admin.

NOTHING started during the Biden administration except selling political influence to international highest bidders, other than that and keeping the border open.
Biden paid zero attention to what was going on in the country (while unvetted illegal alien criminals were killing young American women left & right).

The following is a list of people killed by illegal aliens, not just during the Biden administration, but all connected to Biden (and Obama) by virtue of their Catch & Release policy (abolished by Trump), aka "open borders without vetting"

Your post is 100% WRONG. Everyone knows about Trump's brash style. But so what ? That is merely FORM. What is important in a POTUS, is CONTENT, and Trump has been delivering very well on that, including the Iran war.

So if you want to dwell on STYLE, you have that right. I prefer to concern myself with SUBSTANCE, and on that, Trump has delivered very well both in his first term & second.

The President of the United States is an enormously tough job, requiring decisiveness, toughness, & grit. Obama & Biden possessed none of that, and we are fortunate to have a president now who does.
