But a new poll released today has Tom Steyer leading everyone, including the former front runner, Steve Hilton by 3% (21-18%).

Bianco is done as he has sunk to single digits.

80% of this poll was conducted before the Swalwell scandal broke. As virtually no Swalwell voter will go to Hilton and many will go to Steyer, Hilton is screwed.
