The nation is in decline. To see the poverty in areas of the nation that does not change much is more then disheartening, it is a disgrace. No nation has spent the resources we have in every way to uplift people and has gotten results not acceptable for the amount who still are waiting. It is time to reduce the footprint of Progressive Socialist Women and enlarge the footprint of Males in areas where it is needed to help them become productive members of society.
