What happens if the landlord wants to serve notice on the tenant but is forced to use the fantasy name? The court will say "well, that's not Michael Freak". Landlords will always use your formal name. But I guess not when liberals force you to deny reality.

YOu clearly didn't read the article. The article states he's responsible for the actions of other tenants. So even more so he is responsible for the actions of invitees onto the property. If the cable guy doesn't call it Michelle, the landlord can get in trouble.
