Mega-developer Rick Caruso has already put together a non-profit to represent homeowner interests.

And there is no shortage of money in the Palisades, it's one of the wealthiest areas in LA.

Any time you hear the word "equitable" you know that leftards are involved. Bass hasn't gotten the message yet. Leftards are out of favor, they're yesterday's news.

I'd like to see Bass try to build a homeless shelter in the Palisades. lol

Hey, they elected and keep electing people like Bass. Why is the ***** still even in office?

I'm sure the contractor she hires will do a great job at assuring that every step possible will be taken to rebuild the Palisades with the utmost of diversity, equity, environmentalism, consideration for climate, and inclusion to assure that no minority, deviant, odd weed, annoying insect, or illegal immigrant is not considered in anyway.

Why is this a surprise to anyone that has paid the least attention?

Everyone knows about their 15-minute city boondoggle plans, they only needed the land, and you watch, they will either take it by eminent domain or make it so hard on residents to rebuild they just give up.

Fed monies should come with steel cables attached instead of strings and be denied for anything that smacks of their 15 minute city plans..
