Not only rate compensation, but what about the inevitable property damage?

How long before the rate of rooms taken out of service due to damage exceeds the ability of the places to make repairs, as well as the government's process for paying them for the repairs?

Liberal dems are suicidal, every one of them, and they express it in so many different ways.

Who would want to stay in a hotel/motel with homeless (probably Illegals) all over the place?

The Democrat's plan to turn California in the world's biggest unlivable shithole is progressing very well.

There are SOOOOOO MANY THOUSANDS of empty buildings there, WHY can't they just set up these empty buildings like the old YMCA's????

Make cubiles with single cots in them. Have restooms available, and have a laundry area available.
All open, so nobody is hiding something not everyone can see.

Hire two security guards with psychology degrees, so they know how to handle the homeless.

Because it is more fun to ruin someone business…

These homeless people are American citizens right? I say we should give them guns. It's dangerous on the streets. They need protection.
