While I can appreciate the kid and how he handled himself, he shows he is made of sterner stuff, but I'm not sure he has the experience or insight yet to handle something like that. After some more time under his belt and someone to train him he might very well be good at it.

However, if he ran I would vote for him although the better position for him would be Secretary of Defense.
