No trial, no jury, no presumption of innocence. Just presumption of guilt.

Nevermind the FACT, that his ex girlfriend, Patricia Driscoll has proven herself to be a liar and somewhat crazy, Kurt Busch is guilty by association, apparently.

Guys, you better pray, that you never get a nut for a girlfriend, cause if she screams abuse, your ass is toast, doesn't matter one bit, if you did it, or not!

Family courts rubber stamp restraining orders as a matter of routine. Kurt still has not been criminally charged! NASCAR overreacted at this juncture because of less fans in recent years so they went the PC route.
