But not for non-criminal matters such as Administrative hearings, like a removal proceeding for an illegal alien. Kilmar Abrego Garcia got the due process to which he was entitled. A hearing.

And although the “judge” granted a withholding of removal to El Salvador, that didn’t alleviate removal to another country under our Immigration law.
