Know any pro war songs?

But what about songs that advocate for fighting back against oppression? The Star spangled banner.

One by one we'll be having some fun on the mountain
All day and all of the night
Two by two they'll be coming for you on the mountain
All day and all of the night
Three by three they'll be coming for me on the mountain
All day and all of the night
Four by four they'll be coming some more on the mountain
All day and all of the night
Five by five we're just barely alive on the mountain
All day and all of the night
Six by six they'll be stacking us like sticks on the mountain
All day and all of the night
Seven by seven we're going to heaven on the mountain
All day and all of the night
Eight by eight we're up at the gate up in heaven
All day and all of the night
Nine by nine we're doing our time up in heaven
All day and all of the night
Ten by ten let's do it again on the mountain
All day and all of the night

—Old US Army Cadence

All you gotta do is take the old anthem by Edwinn star entitled War (what is it good for -- absolutely nothing) and just not listen to the words "what", "for" and "nothing".

Problem solved.

Good night Saigon

Joel has said that he "wasn't trying to make a comment on the war, but writing about the soldier as a person." The camaraderie.

My next door neighbor and his dad watched the film when it first came out. He and I were both in the Navy, and he was a corpsman at the hospital in Alameda, CA. I was on leave and talked to him when I learned he wanted to go to Vietnam. I couldn't talk him out of it, and I learned six months later he died of an infection when he was wounded in country.
