We have a few of them too. Handy things.

But the one we use the most is the Insta-Pot. Great way to cook all sorts of stuff.

You should cook your bacon outside to tease the neighbors.

I'd love an outdoor kitchen like this. Except for the gas grill. You may as well cook inside if you use one of those. Charcoal is the way to go for the best flavor. My old grill is a grill/smoker, and I have almost worn her out.

My iced tea maker has seen record usage this year; I've tried to cut cola out as much as I can.

This is an old-school OG iced tea maker. Incredibly versatile with the capability to do bagged and loose tea and a side-saddle infusion chamber (mine broke).

One of the best appliances I've ever owned.

Next is the George Foreman grill...

For the record...this thing sucks when it comes to cooking most food. There is no temperature control...and it's a ***** to clean. But for one specific item, nothing matches it for simplicity.

GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES!!!!

Take white bread--store brand or cheap bread and array four slices on a paper towel on your counter
Put down one slice of 3 pepper colby jack (Boars Head is great) on 2 of the pieces.
Two slices of cracked pepper turkey (again, Boars Head is great) on top of 2 of the CO-JACK
Hit the turkey with spices. I prefer fresh ground black pepper and a generous amount of Penzy's Sandwich Sprinkle.
Top with a slice of Cheddar (Sargento mild is my go-to)
So you have 2 slices of bread, both topped with 2 slices of cheese, and 2 slices of turkey; and you have 2 plain slices of bread.
Plug in the grill.
Next take a bottle of spray butter and hit the 2 slices of bread that hasn't been topped with about 10 sprays each.
Place buttered side down on the grill.
Take the toppings off the bread and place them on the "dry" side of the bread thats on the grill.
Repeat the sprays on the newly naked bread slices...then put them buttered side up on teh cheese/turkey stack
Close the grill.
Have Alexa set a timer for 2 minutes and 15 seconds.

Serve with Cool Ranch Doritos or zesty potato salad.
