The question i have, and I dont know, but, is it right that the family of the killer should receive the $100,000 reward? I mean, thats kinda messed up. Especially since that 100k will be used to replace the money they are going to spend on the trial. Essentially, that 100k reward will be used to defend the guy who shot Kirk.

Actually, I don’t really think anyone (other than the shooter themselves) are to blame in most of these situations.
