Undocumented migrants are not eligible for health insurance. The most healthcare they can receive is what they pay for, or emergency room care, which they are charged for, though often don't pay.

Nothing wrong with worker's from abroad, just as long as they are in a properly managed work program that looks at what the labor force/business sector needs, but also using proper vetting, surveillance, check in, and a proper scaling or balancing of the workforce to ensure Americans aren't being set up, replaced or harassed in the workplace, otherwise in order to accommodate greed and false numbers that end up screwing the American worker over in the scheme of thing's.

It doesn't need to be done in order to replace the American worker with cheap labor or illegals in hopes to pad the bottom line through lies and deception.
