You have to understand that everybody isn't competent in reading comprehension so that facts and definitions go right over their heads even when they are accusing us of not having any and even when they are demanding we verify them no matter how many times we've already done that in the past.

They don't. They disapprove of treating a man as guilty of human trafficking and being a gang member when he's not afforded a trial and chance to defend his name. He's charged with a crime yet being treated as guilt without a trial.

If he is guilty and found to be so by a jury then that's different.
