Kilmar detained again

Who cares. He's a criminal.
I though an American principle is the punishment should fit the crime, would you give a teenager fifteen years for stealing some bread? No, so why send a person for foreign gulag for just entering the country illegally?

The administration gave him a choice. Live free in Costa Rica or in prison in Uganda. I say Trump is generous. Not many prisoners are given a choice of living free in another country.

Ask the judge that ordered him to be deported.

No, they threatened him with deportation to Uganda unless he pled guilty to crimes he says he did not commit.

See? Told ya.

They killed my thread a couple of weeks ago. I told them this would happen, they didn't believe me.

But Trump said he was going to do it, and he did.

Uganda. Ugh.
He should have stayed in El Salvador he had a better deal there. He was in a nice vacation like hut with minimum security.

You don't know what a gulag is either, huh?
Human trafficking, wife beater, and a gang banger. Not quite like stealing a loaf of bread, NSS. :cuckoo:

You still don't know what a gulag is even when I gave you the definition in this
very thread. What's wrong with you?
It's prison that exists outside of the judicial system where people can be punished by the state without recourse.

Which describes CECOT.

Not at all.

But it does show the incompetence of the administration.

Did Stephen Miller ever actually admit it was a mistake? He tried to claim it was totally intentional.
Bullshit Only someone who has a bad case of TDS would ignore everything
this administration has done over the last 6 months.

You have to understand that everybody isn't competent in reading comprehension so that facts and definitions go right over their heads even when they are accusing us of not having any and even when they are demanding we verify them no matter how many times we've already done that in the past. :)

I was informed earlier in this thread that I probably have dementia. Oh well. If true, I won't be able to see the stupidity much longer. That might be a blessing.

Why do Democrats so admire Garcia?
They don't. They disapprove of treating a man as guilty of human trafficking and being a gang member when he's not afforded a trial and chance to defend his name. He's charged with a crime yet being treated as guilt without a trial.

If he is guilty and found to be so by a jury then that's different.
