Nope. It was a witholding of removal to El Salvador/GuatamalaThe results of his 2019 case were a hold on deportation. The Trump Administration didn't appeal, nor did they proceed with 3rd country deporation and go back to the judge to get the hold lifted.
Actually the Trump Administration gave him legal authorization to work and to check in with ICE once a year.

That sounds racist as hell, just assuming being sent to Uganda is 'cruel'. I suppose, racist and Democrat are nearly synonymous anyway.Why Uganda?
To be cruel.
He embarrassed the Trump administration, so he has to pay for that.
They never drank margarita's together.Senator Van Hollen would like to drink margaritas with him again.
So you feel the punishment of traffickers should be kind.What does that have to do with illegally sending him to a gulag?
Because the cruelty is the point.
What's it like to be able to ignore anything that is inconvenient?
He's not been convicted of trafficking though.So you feel the punishment of traffickers should be kind.
Since when did the presumption of innocence become unwelcome in the United States?Man the Pussification of America is entrenched in lib loons
When they illegally entered the country. It is kind of like the presumption that a defendant's testimony is false when there are provable inconsistencies in his testimony. If one portion is false, it is all presumed to be false. He illegally entered the country. Anything else is irrelevant.Since when did the presumption of innocence become unwelcome in the United States?
Except in the picturesThey never drank margarita's together.
The presumption of innocence is for citizens . Illegals already ARE guilty.He's not been convicted of trafficking though.

Sounds rather anti-American, you might get deported if you're not careful.
The presumption of innocence is for citizens . Illegals already ARE guilty.
Who told you that?The presumption of innocence is for citizens . Illegals already ARE guilty.
~~~~~~You guys remember that you already illegally sent him to a gulag.
Why?
Cruelty.
He was sent to the gulag before the courts could stop Trump.
Because they wanted to be cruel.
This administration has people in it that want to inflict cruelty upon people. Why do you celebrate it?
Foreigners, including illegal aliens, get trials before being incarcerated. The constitution doesn't care if you're a citizen or not.
