If he is guilty and found to be so by a jury then that's different.

Regardless, it's moot. His deportation order from 2919 never went away.

The results of his 2019 case were a hold on deportation. The Trump Administration didn't appeal, nor did they proceed with 3rd country deporation and go back to the judge to get the hold lifted.

Actually the Trump Administration gave him legal authorization to work and to check in with ICE once a year.

Only to El Salvador. Withholding of Removal is only protection from deportation to a certain country based on persecution not removal from the US. See. Para IIIB. of the 2019 order posted above.
