Why is she so 'shocked'? There is no constitutional right to secrecy for the Supreme Court. They have just taken that on as their 'right'. It isn't....maybe she's the leaker?

The lack of constitutional right to secrecy is irrelevant.

Confidentiality is absolutely essential to our legal and judicial systems.

If that leaker is one of the clerks, they will be disbarred and their careers ended.

I don't know this to be the case but they also most likely sign confidentiality agreements when they are hired.
 
Of course the black whore did it....look at her, she's guilty....

And if it turns out that someone else did it, it's still her fault because it makes fragile mediocre conservative men feel better...
