Have you been on another planet for the last 4 years? George W Bush is clearly competent to run this country because he's done a fine job of it for the past 4 years. Yeah there are some things he could have done differently but that is true of every president. John Kerry has "a plan" for everything, but hasn't specified what he's going to do or more importantly how he's going to pay for it! If Kerry is elected this country is in real trouble!
