Blues is in everything. Country and rock copy off each other, but blues is more like
the essential element of both. Jazz fusion shook everything up in the 70's with music like Steely Dan
and Spyro Gyra influencing everything after the mid 70's.

I think you might know more about his technical abilities than I do, I have zero musical aptitude of any kind, but I know I like his stuff...... and that's good enough for me.He wrote a couple good songs...Deja Voodoo and Blue on Black, but he doesn't sing andAbsolutely.
