Richard Grenell, the venue's president, called Chuck Redd's decision to cancel a Christmas Eve concert a “political stunt” and said he would sue for $1 million in damages.

Ordinarily I would say that they had an arguable case. As with most trump grifts he is just looking for a payout.
However the trump gimp making the case seems to be out of touch with reality.
You cant get compo for poor ticket sales. Tickets sell or dont at the whim of the public. Thats just the risk you take.
In fact the artist could argue that the name itself is off putting and people of culture re unllikely to want an association with a racist cult.
