The Roe v Wade and Supreme court nominee card has been played so often it's ridiculous. It was a right leaning court that gave us R v W and it's been considered a right leaning court for the last 45 years.

To change or repeal an admendment of the constitution requires 2/3's of the senate, 2/3'a of the house, and then it has to be ratified by 38 state legislatures. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

HILLARY CLINTON, BARACK OBAMA, DIANE FIENSTEIN, CHUCK SCHUMMER, and other prominent Democrats confirmed both Niel Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh as Federal District court judges coming out of the gate in year 2006, as G.W. Bush nominees. Democrats were the Senate majority and they could have easily rejected both of them, as they had done with so many of G.W nominees..Both Gorsuch & Kavanaugh came through that Democrat gauntlet with flying colors.
