They waited till election day and disabled printing machines in over 70s districts. They needed to make sure the machines were certified, and they had to be tested the day before to make sure they had an error rate of less than 1%....but for some reason they had an error rate admittedly of over 20% and possibly 50%. This would have rendered the machines unable to be used and would trigger the recertification process, which wasn't done.
The people running the election broke AZ election laws by not counting the ballots on the spot in Maracopa County.
Since the election has to be ceritified by Jan 2nd they didn't have time to investigate the causes.

And all of these fuckups always seem to benefit (you guessed it) DEMOCRATS!!!

I have been hearing this voter fraud crap since the 80's. No proof ever that holds up in court. So until I see some real widespread voter fraud I will remain very skeptical. Think about if this way, if the Dems have been punkin the Repubs this long, what difference does it make? The Repubs are just too incompetent to do anything about it. Oh, by the way, whatever happened to Trump's commission to find voter fraud after he lost the popular vote to Hillary?

As I've said on several occasions.....no judge is willing to cancel out an election result unless they catch people committing enough election fraud (on purpose) to change the result.

They can't prove that the fraud they've identified will be enough to swing the election. The only way to do that is do a complete audit of the entire state....and they never do that. They always do audits where they know they won't find enough ballots to swing the election.

In this election Maracopa Co broke election laws by not counting all of the ballots at the polling places due to the malfunctioning printers. Instead they sent the ballots to a printing company to be counted, which was against AZ election laws. At that company they destroyed the chain of custody.

Katie Hobbs ran the election. She never should have been allowed to do so.

A gutless Arizona judge on Saturday dismissed Kari Lake’s election lawsuit against Democrat Katie Hobbs in the stolen 2022 midterm election.


Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson found Kari Lake’s lawyers had not proven Maricopa officials committed any kind of misconduct.


Kari Lake will appeal the ruling.

Judge Peter Thompson ruled that when 60% of election centers have broken machines and hundreds of thousands of ballots are counted without chain of custody, this constitutes a free and fair election.


It is crooked officials like Judge Thompson who will bring down this great nation.


Here again, are the key points ignored by Judge Thompson in Kari Lake’s lawsuit.


Judge Thompson had to go out of his way to ignore Arizona election laws to dismiss this case.

Kari Lake said “This lawsuit puts an end to any doubt that our elections, especially in Maricopa County, are rigged and massive reforms are needed if the public is ever to trust the results again.” Lake continued, “Our sacred vote was trampled on. · Cyber Expert Clay Parikh: Machine Failures that Arizona voters experienced on election day could not have occurred absent intentional misconduct. In summary, the errors were the result of deliberate actions and could have been prevented.
· Between 15,603 and 29,257 Republican voters disenfranchised. Over 300,000 mail-in ballots had no chain of custody. This is a violation of Arizona law.
· Whistleblowers: Tens of thousands of illegal ballots counted, many with little to no signature verification.
· 59% of the 223 Voting Centers in Maricopa County had printer and tabulator failure on election day. Reminder: Election Day Voters went for 3 to 1 for Kari Lake. Clear voter disenfranchisement in primarily red districts (Rich Baris Numbers)
· Uncounted “Door 3 Ballots” were co-mingled with already tabulated ballots. There is strong reason to believe the actual number of door 3 ballots is far greater than the reported 16,724
· Katie Hobbs and Stephen Richer both colluded with the federal government to censor constituents. This is election interference and a violation of the First Amendment.
· Conflicts of Interest:
o Bill Gates – Spent the last two years obstructing every election integrity effort in AZ and contributed to a PAC that sought to undermine “America First” candidates
o Stephen Richer – Formed and used a well-funded PAC to defeat Kari Lake
o Katie Hobbs Secretary of State – governed over her own election
o Steven Gallardo – he is now a member of Katie Hobbs’ transition team.
· Runbeck Whistleblower says 298,942 early ballots had no chain of custody.
· Maricopa County adds 25,000 ballots to totals AFTER election day.
· Video footage, first-hand accounts, and expert testimony directly contradict Maricopa County officials’ public statements deliberately attempting to downplay these events.
These points are all thoroughly supported by the affidavits of whistleblowers within the system and backed by written expert testimony.
In addition to skillfully laid out details of a completely botched election day, the lawsuit also names Secretary of State Hobbs as a corrupt operator who successfully silenced her political enemy’s freedom of speech by demanding Twitter take down their tweets which were critical of her.
The relief sought includes throwing out illegal ballots, which would result in Lake’s rightful win over Hobbs in the November 8th election, or result in a new election conducted in Maricopa County, with a special master as administrator. In addition, inspection of the “signature verified” ballots that are highly questionable because of whistleblower testimony, is requested as relief in Lake’s suit.

Broken machines are not proof of election fraud. It sounds like a state government or local government problem. Sure she claims that it was on purpose but she still has to prove it was done on purpose not that the machines were broken. There could be lots of reason for the breakdown and not related to election fraud. The judge acknowledge that they were broken but it was not proven that it was done on purpose. This is a court of law and people not familiar have to realize that just because people make claims, there still must be clear and convincing evidence presented in court.

The other claim of no chain of custody

Her attorneys pointed to a witness who examined ballots on behalf of her campaign and discovered 14 ballots that had 19-inch images of the ballot printed on 20-inch paper, meaning the ballots wouldn’t be read by a tabulator. The witness insisted someone changed those printer configurations, a claim disputed by elections officials

The site easily corrected the issue and the votes were scanned which is what they were suppose to do. The judge acknowledge this error but it was corrected and does not show a conspiracy.

The other reasons did not even make the judges cut as the defendant did not make a case of clear and convincing evidence that was easily dismissed.
