Kash Patel has them sweating

Trump was convicted on every criminal indictment that got a full trial.
Trump’s own Attorney General, lifelong Republican told you in clear terms that charges against Trump were based on serious evidence and he was certainly culpable.
1. The trial was a sham. Here is the legal truth:

2. AG Barr only commented on the classified documents case, and that was before the immunity decision, so that Barr comment is moot.

You don’t know wtf you are talking about as usual.

AG Barr commented on both

Immunity decision did not make it moot, because Trump WAS NOT A SITTING PRESIDENT at the time he committed crimes outlined in the documents case.

If he were going in there to do a great job, that's one thing.
But he's clearly going in there for revenge and disruption.
The Trumpsters know that. Their cult is more important.
FBI, Kevon Clinesmith falsified evidence to get a FISA warrant
FBI, Elvis Chan threatened Twitter and FB to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story
FBI, Strzok, Page, et.al. "guaranteed Trump would not be elected" via Operations Crossfire Hurricane and Operation Crossfire Razor.
FBI arrested the "Sisters of the Poor" for praying in front of an abortion clinic
FBI investigated Catholics as "domestic extremists" for opposing abortions
FBI threatened parents who spoke up at School Board meetings against boys in girls' locker rooms.

Fixing the FBI is more important. 100,000 fentanyl deaths a year says the FBI is focusing on the wrong "crimes"

Revenge for sure. Revenge against thise that tried to destroy our republic

Your cult is right to be fearful

Immunity decision has nothing to do with the classified documents case given all the illegal conduct takes place after Trump left office.

Presidential immunity only applies to presidents.

And there ya go.

I know these people.

What’s there to know? Why wouldn’t anyone want revenge against the terrorist that tried to overthrown our republic?
Revenge?
They rewarded him.
Right Wing Religious Nut Jobs elected him.........Again.

Dec 19, 2022 — Donald Trump tweet, 2 years ago today: "Big protest in D.C. on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!" #January6thCommittee.

There’s nothing in the decision that has anything to do with presidential immunity. You don’t know what you’re talking about.
True. I'm old and get facts confused on occasion.
Judge Cannon ruled that Jack Smith was appointed illegally, as someone said "Taylor Swift has more legal authority"
So when AG Barr said that Trump had serious legal trouble he obviously missed that little factoid.

It is at worst a blatant disregard for precedent, as special counsels have been used for decades without an issue. At best, it's a mere technicality that does nothing to excuse the illegal behavior of Trump.

Apparently nothing is illegal until you're caught. Here is the "Amicus Brief", agree or disagree with it, AG Meese and two law professors make the case. I have no clue who could appeal it to the USSC to find out who is right???

"Smith—who was not nominated to be special counsel by President Joe Biden or confirmed by the U.S. Senate—has nationwide jurisdiction, making him more powerful that any of the 93 Senate-confirmed U.S. attorneys, Calabresi said. Federal law allows the attorney general to appoint attorneys to assist U.S. attorneys but not to replace them, he wrote."

If they were appointed with disregard for the Constitution it doesn't matter?

Constitutional rights don't apply to Trump?

So it could be on the way to getting Trump, they may have not followed the law......

But that's ok.

Searches for witness protection and other type requests suddenly. Must be many shaking in their boots. Let's not forget what Maxine Watters said "We don't know what they have on us". Poor choice of words, for sure.

Kash Patel will soon be confirmed as director of the FBI. It can’t come quickly enough. Patel’s pending confirmation may be why the searches for “witness protection,” “erase iPhone,” and “paper shredder” have skyrocketed in D.C. since Jan. 20th.

The Beltway bandits are on the run.

Just last month Dems fantasized that they might block Patel, along with Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr. Trump’s surging popularity, now at the highest its ever been, destroyed any chance of that.

On Thursday, the former Department of Defense chief of staff cleared his first Senate committee on a vote of 12 to 10, putting him on track for a full Senate vote as early as this week.

Americans now know how deeply the deep state runs in Washington, D.C. The looming confirmation of Kash Patel will be the first reckoning at the FBI since the Church Committee’s 1975 probe in the wake of Watergate.

Since Trump’s first run at the White House in 2016, the FBI has been trying to take him down.

I heard this the other day, that the biggest search in DC suddenly because "criminal defense attorney". Now, maybe I don't know how how all of this works but....how do "they" know? Is Google sharing people search results with the media outlets?

They do this routinely. I think there's a way to look it up.

Found it:

“Democrats” are scared that crazy Patel will lie and prosecute whoever Trump wants him to prosecute for no good reason at all.

He won’t get any convictions, because we still have judges and juries to tell him to fuck off, but even frivolous investigations and prosecution can make people’s lives hell.
Kash and Pam are going to RESTORE what our Department of Justice and the FBI were intended purposes. The Democrat Regime weaponization of the DOJ is OVER. :113:
