She gets due process, a day in court first....under the law for illegal immigrants that first came legally and overstayed their visa....if that was her case in how she got here.
Expedited deportation has to take place by us, before the illegal is here 2 years, under Trump through an E/O....the law was that expedited deportation, which means being deported without being given their due process, was 14 days,.....if we deported them expeditiously.... Before 14 days, then we did not have to give them their constitutional right to due process.
She's been here much longer than the two year cut off.....so she will get an immigration court hearing, to plead her case....
