Karoline Leavitt’s Former Sister in Law released from ICE custody

Right, so you asked 'dang, in the country for 27 years and now decides to apply for a green card?' Which of those paths listed in your link would generally be something that someone bought and raised here as a child could reasonably pursue?

And to add, this source does say that she was pursuing a green card. But for someone in her situation there isn't an easy or quick route to do this. Again, she was bought here at 6 years old at no fault of her own. Put yourself in her shoes.
Wasn’t she living here when DACA was introduced?

There is always the option to self-deport, as soon as you realize you're hear in the country illegally. Then apply for a visa.

She wasn't trapped in a situation of perpetual illegal status.
Lmao. Yes, I'm sure if you were bought to another country at age 6 years old, upon learning you were illegal, you would have self deported yourself to a country that you don't even have memories of, and might have limited ability to speak the language of, and then somehow regained legal access to the country you were raised in? What a crock of shit. Btw, what if you were given DACA? Then what?

Delusion. Nothing but delusion. Laughable.

Imagine it: at six years old, you move to a new country with your parents, one with a different language and culture, through no fault or choice of your own. You grow up there. All your experiences, memories, friendships, and family ties are rooted in that country. Then, at age 33, while leaving your house to go pick up your kid(s) from school, you are intercepted by unmarked, masked agents, detained, and suddenly facing deportation to a country you may barely know at all. A country you might not even know the primary language of all that well.

Where is the humanity?

Tough shit. :)

It is the law, asshole.

I made this post knowing there would be people like you. This is who are you aligned with, Republican voters. They don't actually care.
I do not care too much about what happens to you if it the direct result of your wilfull violation of the law.

I mean, come on, are you ******* retarded or what?

Yeah, because you don't have an explanation. It's pretty basic empathy and humanity.

Where was your basic empathy and humanity when Biden's FBI began arresting and charging hundreds of innocent people from J6 many who were not even there that day or were just standing around filming the event or something as legitimate journalists, or at worst, followed the crowd inside, walked around looked at stuff then peacefully left, only to be thrown in a dungeon for years, withheld food, deprived of legal counsel, refused visitors, denied bail, denied healthcare, then not even charged with a crime for months on end, some even driven to suicide?

And all over a protest just seeking honest redress of a highly questionable election as guaranteed in the constitution?

Where was your ******* humanity then, cowboy?

It is also not a matter of empathy or humanity, as shithead says. It is a matter of law.

And have there been attempts to change this law regarding people in this kind of situation (DREAMERS)? For humanity reasons?

The answer is, yes, there have been attempts. Between Democrats and Repbulicans, who do you think voted down those reforms? When viewed through a moral lens alone, the need for action was clear.

I would vote against amnesty too. That’s why they were sent to Congress.

You are one stupid ************!

Willfull violation of the law? I feel like this is one of those scenarios that anyone can put themselves into -- I mean, 6 years old, you are taken to another country and you are raised there? Be honest. You would self deport yourself? Are you serious? So lets say you found out today, that you were bought here as a 3 year old, from some other country that doesn't speak English. You are telling me that you would self deport yourself to that country and then pursue legal methods of re-entry into the US?

Yeah, I have a lot to do right now. I will have to get back to you on this.🙄

15th post

January 6th was an attempt to overturn a democratic election. What I'm talking about is someone that was bought here as a 6 year old, grow up all their life in America, is effectively an American.

I'm actually surprised at the amount of resistance my post is getting. This should be one of those things that is like, 'Yeah, shit. That's not great for this person'.

Here is a link to the Jan 6th Committee report. If you haven't read it yet, then it's almost an obligation to read it if you are a patriotic American:

I would have gotten a lawyer and done whatever would be most advatageous to myself, so long as it was legal.

What a crock of shit. Btw, what if you were given DACA? Then what?
Whatever my lawyer advised.
Delusion. Nothing but delusion. Laughable.
Plenty of people are doing it as we speak.

Clearly the MSM is not telling the full story, nor is she.

The OP has an agenda, and clearly doesn't care about the law and facts.

She was a minor when she was brought here, but then never took any steps to get legal. . . . why??

She filed under DACA and but failed to register as the law required, willfully, and as a adult, making her deportable
