well yes, we want people to generate business for the economy....so yes, they often benefit the most. Without businesses, corps, whatever, there would be no jobs and economy.

and no, they all pay taxes, income (often state, fed, and local), real estate, sales, if they have employees they pay half their employees SS and Medicare/Medcaid taxes, they pay for UE insurance, the list goes on.
