An Attorney General of California who fails to understand the simple wording of the Second Amendment, and doesn't care what it says, was the first politician to send police forces to people's homes to collect guns.
Some handed their guns over, others acted like they weren't home, some told the police to go screw themselves.
Currently under California law, people can temporarily lose gun rights for numerous reasons. The police department calls you "crazy", a hospital medical worker calls you "crazy", or if a spouse files a domestic abuse charge.
People can lose gun rights for 5 years without any kind of conviction.
Enjoy your privileged career bitch, when you die it's straight to hell for acting like you don't know what the law is and infringing on the liberty of the people.
Gun control[edit]
Harris has been a vocal proponent for gun control her entire career. While serving as District Attorney in Alameda County Harris recruited other District Attorneys and filed an amicus brief in District of Columbia v. Heller, arguing that the Second Amendment does not protect an individual's right to own firearms.[66] Harris also supported San Francisco’s proposition H, which would have prohibited most firearms within city limits.[67]
