Then the Trump admin admitting that Trump was guilty of everything he was impeached over. They just then claimed any president -- well, any Republican president -- has blanket authority to commit any crimes he wants.
Actually, President Trump was impeached , basically on general principles.
The charges were "obstruction of congress" and "abuse of power". Neither of these charges are a crime at all even if you stipulate that the President was guilty, much less a "High Crime" as demanded by the Constitution.
Further Adam Schiff presented no evidence whatsoever of the President's guilt. Not a single drop of evidence but there was a barrel of arguments and opinions.

High crime is not a super big crime, a high crime, is for a political person of trust....a person in a
high position that we the people put in power to handle our needs....like running the country in the best interest of us and the nation......
When that high positioned person abuses their position of trust, it is a high, crime or misdemeanor.
