I agree she shouldn’t even brought it up in the book, but I get the point she was trying to make. It would’ve been very hard for a black woman and a gay white man to win an election together. It’s just the way it is currently, not to mention of the fact that she was a horrible candidate. She seems to leave that important fact out. I live in Minnesota and Walz wasn’t a great pick either.
