When he finally stopped running and agreed to debate Harris, his team probably thought the closed mic was a push. Then, Harris gave him the open mic and he puckered.

No he didn't. He's saying this morning that the rules have been agreed to. But they haven't according to Harris campaign. And the open mic is still the main issue.
