The only thing that keeps secular people in line is the law and many don't even like those restrictions. If it feels good do it. If they can get away with someting without being caught, they will do it. What lies? That I am successful? Republicans are the party of the “rich”, unless you are attempting to change your tune on that to fit your current narrative. The “rich” are generally seen as successful.

Look, you know as a well as I do that the poorest and least successful people vote heavily blue. That isn’t in question. The ultra-rich(100’s of millions) are heavily blue. The rest are at varying levels in the middle from lower middle to top 2%. As income rises in that level(the more successful), so does the propensity to vote for Republicans. This even includes higher than average income of union workers who are getting paid as much to turn a bolt 1000 times a day as some engineers in smaller, non-union areas of the country. That drives the average median income from many blue voters up, but not many would put the average line worker on the same intellectual plane as the engineer.

Now, spin away to protect your feelings and your indoctrination, but those are the cold hard facts. If you think the average college educated, Democrat, Starbucks worker has a higher IQ than successful white collar professionals and small business owners that says lot about your lack of critical thinking skills.
