This is a bad sign, Russia needs to go back within its own borders like when Trump was President, I’m not sure why Putin is so comfortable invading other countries when we have a Democrat in the WH.

I'm pretty sure that North Korea understands that once their soldiers hit the battlefield they're not going to have any preferential protection just because they're not Russian.
On the other hand the Ukranians might find them surprisingly tough and effective since it's a pretty good bet that they are more highly focused than the Russian soldiers are.
