At least five opposition politicians and four government critics and journalists have died or disappeared in suspicious circumstances since the 2017 election, according to Human Rights Watch. Rwandan officials have denied any wrongdoing.
And the UK govt just passed an act that declared this wretched country a safe place. Well done Prez Kagame. There is evidence that you have made Rwanda a better place. Maybe democracy and freedom might transpire after you are dead. Its certainly a template for trump.
