Justice Department indicts former FBI Director James Comey for a second time

How anyone is dumb enough to think Fox News is "conservative" and "patriotic to America" is as pathetic as it is laughable.

If we had indicted Gay Edgar Hoover in 1964 a lot of the following shenanigans might have been avoided, at least for a while, that rat's nest was too deep. Arranging seashells looks pretty lame compared to Hoovers 48 year rampage. Don't expect anything except the old "we tried" and "the system works". It works, just not how you think it does.

Fox News asked their legal analyst about the shells on the seashore and he said it is “very likely protected speech”.
Imagine a case so weak that even Donald Trump’s state media thinks it will fail

I don't know why anyone gives a rat's ass. He just another loser who bit the dust in Trump's wake.

Jonathon Turley is Faux's go to mouthpiece, a shill who has made ridiculous, legally dubious comments over the years in Don's defense. But the obvious nature of this case, Comey's posted picture being protected 1st A speech, is too much even for him to ignore.

Most of Trump's cases will fail, the only ones that succeed are the ones where Trump threatens them with something else and they cave in before it gets to court.

I have to think there are likely many things Comey should be prosecuted over. Sadly those things will be kept under wraps.

This will get thrown out.

So what? Comey has every opportunity to defend himself against the cases being brought against him. If he is innocent, he has nothing to fear.

It’s against DoJ policy to prosecute someone when you have little hope of convicting them.

For good reason.

There is no first year law student who doesn't know this case will be thrown out. Which leads us to all sorts of conclusions. One has already been made evident. Todd Blanche is a hack auditioning to be AG. Two, anyone involved in bringing these charges has zero professional integrity. Three, trump's real objective is to put his enemies in the position of being a defendant in a legal proceeding with all the financial strain and personal hardship that entails.
