Businesses hire "Temp Labor". Meaning you hire someone like Labor Ready or whoever to provide Labor. They provide the people for a set, fixed rate. They are temp help....worked like borrowed mules.

No benefits, (Labor staffing agency pays everything)

I worked as temp help for decades as an Electrician. Made more $$ than company men with better pay and benefits than they got and I had fewer responsibilities.

So it's a loophole.

However, there are "fly by night" temp Labor suppliers out there. And employers are not dumb. They know the difference between legit agencies and illegal alien agencies....until the Gov't Alphabets catch up with them. Then they had zero idea they were hiring illegal aliens.

Its on my license....but I've also had a CDL for decades too. CDL is and has been Federal ID for decades.
