Yes it is. It’s whether taxpayers should be stuck paying for Medicaid for illegals. And as just shown above, money is fungible and thus we are paying for it.

We need to stop funding California’s Medicaid program as long as they continue to provide Medicaid to illegals.

That's stupid even for you.

The problem with an addict is that they will spend $150 on drugs and then go hungry. It's why so many crackheads look awful.

What we SHOULD be spending money on are treatment programs, so that poor minority addicts get the same options as rich ones like Rush Limbaugh and Cindy McCain.
