JUST IN: Senate Rejects Measure to Kick Illegals Off Medicaid 56-44

True, those seeking asylum and accepted as seekers by our govt, are not illegals.

But that A/I answer was speaking about people who had gone through the immigration court hearing already and have received Asylum...by the judicial court ruling... and it is they that are eligible for Medicaid if they meet the qualifications....not those seeking asylum, but those who are official Asylee.... (and official refugee), I believe?

If not here legally you do not qualify for Medicaid.

Government has created a giant cluster-F mess. Because they are f'ing retarded. First by allowing, or in the case of asshole Democrats helping millions of illegals to flood across our border without any f'ing plan or funding to care for these dirt poor assholes. Then it gets worse...

Once here we do not turn people away when they show up in an emergency room seeking healthcare. As emergency room care is about 20 times more costly than simply going to a Medicaid provided primary doctor for your cold or flue, government decided hey let them all jump on Medicaid.

So now American taxpayers are F'ed and we are $36 TRILLION in debt heading for $100 trillion.

How can they do this? Title 8 section 1324 says it's a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here.

8 U.S. Code § 1324 - Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

(A)Any person who—

(iv)encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or

(I)engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II)aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

(B)A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—

(iv)in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18, or both.

The asylum ruse is just that, a ruse! It's an excuse and they should be turned away.

Wrong.
If a country is so bad we are imposing illegal economic sanctions, then clearly we owe it to those who we forced to leave, to have the US to come to instead.
Either our economic sanctions are wrong, or they deserve asylum.

The process is not that quick.
Like with Kilmar.
What the courts do instead if just issue a protection order to prevent deportation.
Like the elderly Iranian woman here for 50 years.

Legislation is not the basis for law.
The point of a republic is that inherent rights to all humans are the basis for legal authority.
So there really is no basis for immigration restrictions except racism.
After all, the descendants of Europeans are not native.

Anyone bornn here is native

None of them. Asylum is a legal status.
Horseshit.

Those who did not apply for asylum according to the law are here ILLEGALLY.

That includes every single person who breached a border wall or swam across the river.

The law specifies EXACTLY how someone has to apply for asylum.

LEARN THE LAW. The law is the law, not what you imagine it to be or what you wish it to be.

There is a relatively easy solution to this problem. Illegal aliens won't be deported if they sign an iron clad contract to vote GOP for the rest of their lives and then immediately they become citizens. At that very moment the rabid democraps will begin howling for the deportation of every last illegal alien.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Leftards are completely ******* insane.

No dumbass, CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED is the basis for legal authority.

Are you from Uranus or something?

So there really is no basis for immigration restrictions except racism.

Dumbass, immigration has nothing to do with racism.

******* dumbass leftards need to be spanked.

After all, the descendants of Europeans are not native.

I was born in Hollywood, jackass.

I'm as native as it gets.

Ain't no one more native than me.

Some. They also would not qualify for Medicaid. To note, your thoughts on applying legally and the law differs.

Yes, the law states once here (regardless of how you got here) you have one year to apply.
