Jussie Smollett’s conviction tossed by Illinois Supreme Court on technicality

Again, you probably just haven't had someone complain about it to the right people yet.
.

I haven't ... I mean someone could complain ... But that doesn't support their case.

Like I said ... I am glad I learned how to live without worrying about whiney bitches.
They only have the power you are willing to grant them.

The next time someone tells you that you cannot do something ...
Figure out how it is you are going to do what you want to do ...
It's a whole lot easier if you don't get government, society or the law involved.

Okay, if you say so. Sounds to me like you just like thumbing your nose, thinking you are making a difference.

Here's why I try to keep my customers happy... so I get more business from them. So they recommend me to their friends.

That's not thumbing your nose ... You can keep your clients happy and your business successful ...
Without worrying about politics or social engineering.

In fact, you would be surprised at how easy that is if you make your product or service your primary concern.
At that point you can decide where you want to take your business and who you want to do business with.

Of course that might not be the best business model ... If you don't care about anything other than volume ...
How many people you can cram into a certain space.

It's all about how you trade growth for profit ...
You can do half the business and make twice the money if you make your product or service worth what they are paying for.

You miss the point entirely. I've done business with lots of people I don't particularly like. Worse, the ones who don't follow my advice on best practices. But I do what I can to accommodate them, because that's how business is done. No one ever won an argument with a customer.

I'm not saying you haven't done business ...
And I am sorry if you haven't figured out how to avoid doing business with people you don't like.

I can see why some may not follow your advice ... It isn't the best someone can do.
That's the way you do business ... And you're not doing it correctly if anyone needs to argue about the product or their service.

.

Why would I do that? Their money is just as green as money from people I do like.
.

That's the point you have missed ... And the difference in your business model.

If all you care about in your business is the money ... Then you are running a survival or growth business model.
If you are more interested in providing the products or services you desire to the customers you desire ... That requires a different approach.

You may not want to be more discriminating with what you offer or who you do business with.
Personally, I prefer to be very discriminating with what I offer ...
And will let competitors like you fight over whatever is left of the market.

What you are talking about is trying to capture all the customers and market that you can.
I am just saying that is your desire ... And a successful business does not have to operate that way.
You just need to be smart enough to align your desires with your profit margin ...
Offer something others cannot within the same market ... And charge accordingly for your products and services.

All you have to do is ensure your customers get what they are paying for and are satisfied.
Then ... Most of your customers are repeat customers and most of your advertising is word of mouth.
That in and of itself ... Helps cut the overhead.

I am not saying that what you are talking about won't work ...
Just that doing it that way makes you stuck with what you get ... Over how and who you want to do business with.

But then again ... A business owner doesn't have to run a McDonalds ...
Doesn't have to try to serve a million people a day ...
And doesn't have to do the business they don't want to with people they don't want to business with ...
Simply because their money is green.

Or I just have a different business model than you do.

One where I don't piss off my customers, who then write bad reviews on Yelp.

Of course you apply a different business model ... And like you, I don't piss off my customers.

I am more concerned about quality of the products and services I provide ...
And I don't need to be concerned about what customers tell someone else ... Because I give them what they want.

I guess if there is any real difference ... I am bit more discriminating ...
And avoid problems rather than attempting to manage them.

You're a legend in your own mind.

You're a legend in your own mind.

You will never be more than a cog in the machine ...

It's your lack of vision, your willingness to conform, and your desire to make it someone else's fault when you fail ...
That effectively puts the pursuit of excellence outside of your reach.

Smollet was deliberately trying to incite violence and hate crimes against whites, period, in an already volatile city. Same as Obama and every other Democrat. It's just the way the vermin roll.

Martin wasn't murdered; he was a violent thug trying to kill a man, and lost. Nothing else to it.

You have been inciting violence and hate against black folks since 1655 and it has yet to stop. When I say you, I mean white America which is Democrats and Republicans.
