Joe biden last year - “The Supreme Court blocked it but that didn’t stop me.”

LOL

These District Court judges are imposing nationwide injunctions or TRO's, and telling the President how he must run the Executive Branch. No such authority exists in the Constitution.

The President can fire anyone in the Executive Branch (other than the Vice President), and has massive authority to protect We the People against invaders such as Bidens horde of illegals that were even flown(!) here by Biden/Mayorkas.

There's your Constitutional crisis.
He can't fire judges who were appointed for life.

Yes, judges are telling him he is breaking the law. He can appeal. We have a process. Or, some things he needs to go through congress for. We have processes, checks and balances, laws, rules. and Trump can't do whatever he wants to do what YOU voted to have him do. It may be unconstitutional or illegal. Does that not matter to you? Well then beware when we take over. You're REALLY not going to like us doing this.

Remember why Trump fired Rex Tillerson. Rex kept telling Trump "you can't do that Mr. President, that's illegal"

Trump got sick of him telling him that so he replaced him with someone who would break the law.

The press is blasting trump for threatening to defy the courts but when the courts told biden he could not cancel student debt, he defied them and the press cheered.

And, you forgot Obama, lolol. How did Obysmal put it-------> I can not LEGALLY do that, and a while later, he did it anyway........and the Leftists cheered!

And now, after Obysmal and Biden, they want us to go along? FU** you Leftists! You started this, and now you are screwed and want sympathy. Not from here your not getting any!

These hack leftoid judges are telling him how to run the Executive Branch, no such authority exists in the Constitution.

The President can fire anyone who works in the Executive Branch, there are no "quasi" branches in the Constitution, just three branches, and no grant of authority exists in the Constitution for these District Court judges to interfere as they are.

No Bush started this. Congress gave him a shit ton more power after 9-11. Obama used that new power. So did Trump 1 and Biden. Trump 2 is REALLY going to use it. He's already caused several constitutional crisis'.

Fuck the constitution. Wipe your ass with it.

President Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, suggested in a Monday Fox News appearance that the nation’s justice system would not keep the Trump administration from fulfilling its mission to deport any immigrants it deems dangerous.
“We’re not stopping. I don’t care what the judges think.

I don't care about the law???

His comments come amid growing aggression in the Trump administration toward the Constitution’s foundational separation of power structures across the federal government.

In recent days, Trump officials have found themselves in hot water with multiple federal judges, as noted by Jones.

Another green card holder, Fabian Schmidt, is reportedly being detained after a “violent” interrogation that included being stripped naked and forced into a cold shower, New Hampshire Public Radio reported. Schmidt’s family told the outlet they are not sure why he is being detained.

The puzzling treatment of a pair of German tourists — chained and detained for weeks — has grabbed the attention of European travelers

Ms Burke, an artist, began backpacking around the US in January, flying from New York to Portland, Oregon, where she spent time with a host family, helping with household chores in return for accommodation.

At the end of February she travelled to Seattle with plans to travel to Vancouver in Canada to stay with another family.

However, when she reached the border, Mr Burke said the Canadian authorities denied her entry as they were concerned she may try to work illegally.

Ms Burke said she was then "interrogated" by officials in the US, and it was decided she had "violated" her tourist visa there.

Her dad described the situation as a misunderstanding of her accommodation arrangements, which were "just like a cultural exchange".

Canadian actor and entrepreneur Jasmine Mooney is speaking out about her detention by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after attempting to enter California from Mexico earlier this month.
Mooney, a Vancouver native known for her role in 2009’s “American Pie Presents: The Book of Love,” now runs the wellness brand Holy! Water. She was traveling from Vancouver to where she works in Los Angeles when a U.S. border officer at the Vancouver airport informed her that her three-year work visa had been revoked.

She was later transferred to Arizona’s San Luis Regional Detention Center with 30 other women, all shackled for the duration of their journey.
“We were up for 24 hours wrapped in chains,” she told KGTV from detention, adding, “I’ve never in my life seen anything so inhumane.”

“The harm this does to the U.S. economy — through impacted tourism, business relationships, and skilled workers unable to obtain visas — is reckless,” Eby said. “This woman should be brought back to Canada as quickly as possible.”

Wrong. It's true the SC struck down Biden's first effort to provide loan relief. However he submitted a much narrower plan that did pass SC approval. You'll note that the SC blocked his first attempt His later attempt passed muster. That type thing happens quite often. You shouldn't put so much stock in the lies you have been told.

Seems the SC disagrees with you. We gotta go with the SC on this one, and not some crazy like you ranting on the internet.

Dude, she did NOT have LEGAL documentation! If they would have let her go, you would be here screaming they let a white chick go, and put everyone of color in detention. AND, this would not even be happening if YOUR DUDE, Jose Biteme, had done his job. You people said fu** it, and let everyone in, and now complain we are forced to throw them all out!

You reap what you sow. I do not like it at all, but until politicians from BOTH sides of the aisle understand that there are consequences for the illegal actions they take or allow to happen, and those actions are usually enforced on regular people, we are never going to get anywhere.

Disagrees where?

Boasberg is a judge in the District Court of the District of Columbia.

The five named plaintiffs are in Texas, not in his district.

I am neither crazy nor ranting, but I will take that as being a compliment because you have no actual argument and thus fall back on the usual leftoid practice and make personal insults.

Indeed. The illiterate kenyan chimp said he had no authority to give amnesty to illegals and a year later he gave amnesty to 800,000 of them.!!! That's his number BTW , which means it was actually 5 million.

He found a way to accomplish what he wanted, and still stay within the law.

No he didn't. The constitution says the president "shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed," And here was the kenyan giving 800,000 illegals a certificate saying they can live and work here even though the law says they can't!!!! Obama could be legally executed for this and he should be.

Which law says they can't receive work permits? Be specific. list the law and paragraph.

It was OK for Biden to defy the SC, but it's not OK for Trump?
It certainly was not. It was a stupid thing for him to do. The whole payoff thing was a bad idea from the start.

And now, MAGA can use it as an excuse for Trump to grab even more power. Even worse.

Good try, though.

Well, it was my own fault for responding to a Trumpster.
All you need to do is show us where you complained about Biden ignoring the SC and accused him of Neofascism.

Oh wait. You can't. You didn't.

Because you believed It was OK for Biden to defy the SC, but do not believe the same for Trump.
