Hiding one of the attackers from the Defense team and the jury? If Rittenhouse is convicted at this point, there is NO justice in this country at all.

What should happen is the a mistrial with prejudice and the judge should refer the prosecutor's behavior to someone for investigation.

And Rittenhouse's case for malicious prosecution is looking better and better.

Well this guy has warrants.

They are looking for him and he doesn't want to be found.

This actually helps the defense as the prosecutor can't bring charges for the attempted murder of an unidentified man.

Well he certainly wouldn't help their case and I'm sure that the investigating detective (mayor's cousin) was definitely not looking for him either. Of course the thug was not going to turn himself in either.

theHawk That prosecutor said and did so many dumb ass things during the trial, he had to be trying to lose.

No, he didn’t have a case, but couldn’t drop it because of public pressure. So he just threw crap at the wall. But in my view he violated both the law and “professional ethics” with some of his stunts.
